These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the website www.pitomoto.lv and the purchase of products from SIA PITO MOTO (“we,” “us,” or “our”).
By using our website and placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
All prices are displayed in euros (EUR) and include VAT unless stated otherwise.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time.
Payments can be made through the available methods shown at checkout. Orders are processed only after full payment has been received.
We strive to keep all information accurate, but stock levels are subject to change.
If a product becomes unavailable after your order, we will notify you and offer a replacement or refund.
Shipping is carried out via DPD Group and Omniva within the European Union.

Customers within the European Union have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving any reason.
To exercise this right, please contact info@pitomoto.lv with your order number.
Returned products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
All products are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.
If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We will arrange for a replacement, repair, or refund as appropriate.
PitoMoto shall not be liable for indirect losses or damages resulting from product misuse, incorrect installation, or failure to follow manufacturer instructions.
Our total liability in relation to any product shall not exceed the purchase price of that product.
Personal data provided during order processing will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and GDPR regulations.
We will never share your personal information with third parties, except where required to fulfill your order.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Latvia.
Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with Latvian law before the competent courts of the Republic of Latvia.
